Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment to prevent being charged a fee. Canceling for any reason will result in losing your non refundable deposit. Depoits are non refundable or transferable. No call/No shows or any notice under 24 hours, 100% service will be charged. No call/No shows or any notice under 48 hours, 50% service will be charged. If you have an unpaid cancelation balance you cannot rebook until paid in full with a new deposit. If you do not confirm your appointment prior to your appointment it will be canceled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled. You can pay a $25 fee to start the procedure if late, as long as it's no longer than 30 minutes.
